Yardi Launches Mortgage Assistance Platform To Help Agencies Allocate ARP Funds

ARP passed March 2021 dedicated $ 9.3 billion helping homeowners affected by COVID-19. Funds are provided directly to states, territories and Indian tribes for governance. Eligible households may receive funds for mortgage payments, utility bills, and some home maintenance costs.

Yardi’s developers have leveraged years of software experience and government partner knowledge to make Mortgage Relief an easy-to-implement, scalable and flexible agency solution. Homeowner assistance applications can be made by either the homeowner or the lender on behalf of the homeowner. In most cases, funds will be paid directly to mortgage holders and utility providers.

“We are delighted that this one-stop solution can now be implemented by government agencies as they work to efficiently allocate ARP funds,” said Jeff Bischoff, senior director of sales for the Yardy. “Mortgage Relief provides a convenient way to collect claims, manage cases, secure payments and monitor program performance.”
