Five properties were sold for significantly more than $ 1 million. They ranged from $ 1.1 million to $ 2.25 million.
More affordable properties, including two condos, ranged in value from $ 420,000 to $ 750,000. It is noteworthy that there were no transfers in the amount of $ 750,000 to $ 1.1 million.
