This panel will discuss the growing importance of property technology (PropTech) and innovative technological approaches to commercial real estate transactions (CRE), as well as the future of new investment vehicles, such as Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPAC), which have been created to invest in PropTech. Some of the largest CREs invest in and create technology that optimizes the way organizations and people buy, sell, rent, or manage real estate. We’ll talk about some of the solutions and companies that are changing technology in real estate.
