Waypoint Real Estate acquires Northern Colorado property management company – Loveland Reporter-Herald



Brokerage Waypoint Real Estate LLC acquired Investors Properties LLC, a commercial property management and maintenance company in Northern Colorado.

According to a company press release, with the acquisition of Investors, which operated 500,000 square feet of commercial space, Waypoint gained 2.7 million square feet under management.

According to a Waypoint press release, Investors founder and principal owner Mark Lockwood will join Waypoint and work from the company’s Fort Collins offices.
