United® Real Estate announced new leadership in its Washington, DC Metro operations with the addition of Chief Broker Jeannette Nekrich.

In his role, Nekrich will lead the expansion of operations in the Washington, Maryland and Virginia markets and will be responsible for the ongoing development of the firm’s agents and employees. United saw significant growth nationwide and ranked 8th in terms of sales in RISMedia Power Broker Report 2021

Nekrich’s track record in agent growth and team development, along with United’s cloud-based agent productivity platform – Bullseye ™ – and a fixed agent remuneration model will play a big role in the coming months.

Nekrich has over 17 years of experience in real estate at United. She started out as a residential real estate agent with $ 14 million in sales in its first year of sales and quickly became the nation’s leading manufacturer, ranked in the top 1% of residential real estate professionals in North America. In 2008, she founded her own sales team and led them to great success with over 300 home sales in Washington, Maryland and Virginia.

She excels in agent development and teaches real estate ethics at the Association of Realtors of Northern Virginia, where she was honored with the 2018 Organization Code of Ethics award.
