Ann is an award-winning industry expert, author, educator, member-focused data strategist with an MBA in Credit Union Business Model. She worked with over 600 credit union executives to get started on her data journey. She recently published Big Data / Big Climb, the industry’s only data transformation guide and currently the text for the Southwest CUNA School of Management Data Analytics course. Ann is the lead faculty. Her work has been published in succession at international cooperative summits, making her the only professional credit union in the United States to do so.
In 2019, she successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain on the planet, which served as the inspiration for her book.
