SRS Real Estate Partners Closes Sale of Popeyes Restaurant in Indianapolis for $ 1.25 Million



SRS Real Estate PartnersNational Net Lease Group has completed the sale of a $ 1.25 million, 2,849-square-foot single-family home with driveway to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Indianapolis.

Located on 1.17 acres at 3015 W. St. in Indianapolis, the property is sold at a price higher than the asking price.
