Nicholas Anderson joined Spencer Feinpractice group in real estate finance and tax credits and zones of opportunity after two years of work in Lathrop & Gage

Anderson works with developers, lenders and investors to finance tax credits and zones of opportunity, helping them both structure and complete real estate transactions.

He has experience in tax lending operations including historic recovery tax credits, low income housing tax credits, and renewable energy tax credits, among others. Anderson’s experience focuses on general corporate, federal tax, real estate and finance issues.

One of Anderson’s early roles was as a senior tax attorney at Grant Thorntonwhere he worked for two years and specialized in federal tax solutions.
