(Reuters) – Manchester United striker Amad Diallo suffered a thigh injury and will be away for six weeks, which has put his planned loan to Dutch Feyenoord on hold, the Premier League club said on Monday.
“Amad suffered a thigh muscle injury in training and will likely be away for six weeks,” Manchester United said in a statement https://bit.ly/3sYMfoq.
“Unfortunately, this happened shortly before his planned transfer to Feyenoord’s loan. Amad will stay at United and regain his fitness. “
The 19-year-old Côte d’Ivoire international who joined United from Italy’s Atalanta in January has played eight games for the club and scored one goal.
