ATLANTA, Georgia (WYMT) – The US Small Business Administration has extended the disaster loan application deadline for businesses, private nonprofits, homeowners and renters until July 23.
Anyone in Boyd, Bretitt, Clarke, Clay, Estill, Floyd, Jackson, Johnson, Knott, Laurel, Lawrence, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Martin, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Powell, Pulaski, and Rockcastle counties is eligible for participation. SBA Personal Injury Loans
Small businesses and most non-profit organizations in Bell, Elliott, Harlan, Knox, McCreary, Menifi, Pike, Rowen, Wayne, Whitley and Wolfe counties in Kentucky; Wise County, Virginia; Mingo and Wayne Counties in West Virginia are eligible to apply only for SBA emergency loans.
Disaster Loans of up to $ 200,000 are available to homeowners to repair or replace property damaged or destroyed by the disaster. Homeowners and tenants are eligible for up to $ 40,000 to repair or replace personal property damaged or destroyed by the disaster, including vehicles.
To qualify for all forms of disaster relief, applicants must: register on the site, download the FEMA App or call toll free 800-621-3362.
