Sentinel Real Estate Corp. acquired Bainbridge Town Center East from Bainbridge Cos. As part of this acquisition, Sentinel changed the name of the property located at 5000 Kernan Blvd. S. in Jacksonville, Florida as Drift at Town Center East.
