Rocket mortgage loan for 2021.

This week, the PGA Tour introduces the 2021 Rocket Mortgage Classic to the fantasy golf community. Full transparency, this week’s field is going to be pretty weak in overall talent. However, competitors include 2021 PGA Championship winner Phil Mickelson, 2021 Masters champion Hideki Matsuyama and reigning Rocket Mortgage Classic champion Bryson DeShambaugh.

Before discussing the selection of my fantasy golfers, I would like to emphasize that the purpose of this article is not to present a specific roster of players. That being said, this article will introduce several player options to help the reader create a unique roster that will hopefully have the potential to win the Draftkings GPP (Guaranteed Prize Pool) competition!

Here are my select golfers / drafts for the 2021 Rocket Mortgage Classic.

Bryson DeShambeau – $ 11,400

DeChambaut has played nine PGA Tour events since early March. In these nine events just mentioned, Bryson DeShambeau made five top 19 spots, including winning the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

Regarding the current 2021 Rocket Mortgage Classic roster, in the last 12 rounds played in the PGA Tour, DeChambaut is ranked # 1 in hits from the court, # 5 in the GIR (Greens OK), # 4 for hits on the ball, and # 3 place according to the total number of points scored in Draftkings.

Hideki Matsuyama $ 10,400

The 29-year-old has finished in the top 26 three times in his last five PGA Tour events, including winning the 2021 Masters in April.

Earlier in this article, I mentioned that the industry this week is NOT the strongest in terms of talent. That being said, Hideki Matsuyama is without a doubt one of the best seasoned golfers this week in the 2021 Rocket Mortgage Classic area. Hideki will certainly be on a large part of my Draftkings lineups this week.

It should also be noted that Matsuyama was ranked 13th on the 2019 Rocket Mortgage Classic Rankings.

Kevin Kisner – $ 8,500

Kisner finished fifth in the final round of the 63rd round of the Travelers Championship last week. In addition, Kisner was ranked fifth in the 2020 Rocket Mortgage Classic rankings.

Kyle Stanley – $ 7,600

The 26-year-old finished 14th at the Valero Texas Open in April. Following this quality result, he finished eighth at the Charles Schwab Challenge in May. Stanley was also ranked 21st on the 2019 Rocket Mortgage Classic.

As for the current 2021 Rocket Mortgage Classic roster, Stanley is ranked second in the GIR (greens ok) in the last 12 rounds of the PGA Tour, sixth in tee-to-green shots and first in ball shots.

Sepp Straka – $ 7,700

Yes, I know that Sepp Straka fought on the PGA tour this year. However, I also know that Straka finished tenth in the Travelers Championship last week.

Straka also ticks the box for me when it comes to event history. Let me be more specific. Straka has played the Rocket Mortgage Classic twice since 2019. In those two events just mentioned, Straka made it to the top 11 twice, including eighth in the 2020 Rocket Mortgage Classic. In my opinion, Stracky’s game is perfect for the Detroit golf course.

Additional Golfers I Like This Week: Jason Kokrak $ 9,500: Adam Hadwin $ 7,500: Mark Hubbard $ 7,300: Austin Ekroat $ 6,700.
