4) All customer travel cards of the participating banks were analyzed and described in detail.

5) We interviewed representatives of banks and technology providers. We then collected data on market trends and plans, and also learned how best practices can be technically implemented and if there are out-of-the-box solutions.

6) With all this data, we compiled a comparative model and evaluated all competitors.

The experts took into account quantitative and qualitative indicators: the speed of all processes, the heuristic of feasibility and ease of solving the client’s problems, and business efficiency. These results can help digitize loan application and improve online sales.

The complete report contains over 100 solutions, full market analysis, CJMs for cash loans at every bank, and a detailed example of the ideal CJM. In addition, it includes a description of the best sales and cross-selling practices, technological solutions for automating client and banking tasks.
