According to reports, Tino Angorin is going to transfer to Lokomotiv Moscow on loan with the option of purchase.
The 19-year-old is highly regarded at Chelsea and Thomas Tuchel, but he is set to leave this summer, joining a group of young talent heading towards the exit.
It attracted a lot of interest from all over Europe, but Lokomotiv seem to have won the race.
According to Nisaar Kinsella from Goal, Angorin intends to move to Russia to participate in the 2021/22 campaign.
The deal will include a £ 17 million call option, which the Russian side is expected to activate next summer. But the Blues will also have a £ 34 million ransom clause if they want to return the teenager to West London.
Ralph Rangnick is a person with an interest in Angiorin and is expected to complete his move on Deadline Day.
Angorin will not be the only one to leave on time, and a range of names are expected to ensure the care of the 2021/22 campaign.
Chelsea will also hope to put at least one name through the door, but time is running out amid interest in Sevilla’s Jules Counda and Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez.
