Law360 (Jun 28, 2021, 5:13 pm ET) – Lennar Homes has acquired 62.6 acres of land in Lake Worth, Florida for $ 4.9 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported Monday. The deal concerns a 163.6-acre portion of the Fountains Country Club, and the seller is an organization run by Florida investor Michael McCarthy. The McCarthy-controlled company recently bought 62.6 acres from a company run by Californian investor Peter Nanula and subsequently sold the property to Lennar, according to the report. Lennar is reportedly planning to build townhouses here.
