Law360 (Jun 14, 2021 5:04 p.m. ET) – Coinbase has closed a 30,000 square foot sublease deal in Hudson Yards, Manhattan from Point72 Asset Management, The New York Post reported Sunday, citing sources familiar with this issue. According to the report, the California-based trading platform covers 55 Hudson Yards, a Related Co. building, and in the Point72 deal, Asset Management is subletting just a portion of its 339,000 square feet of tower space.
