Law360 (Jul 28, 2021, 5:39 pm ET) – Bowery Properties has acquired 89 apartments in two locations in Miami’s Little Haiti area for $ 11.6 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported Wednesday. According to the report, the deal concerns 89 apartments at 5601 NW First Ave. and 5549 NW Miami Court, and the seller is an organization run by a group of investors including Ziad Raphael and Carmen Sesin.
