Real estate market, rising prices for houses on the MS coast



The hot real estate market on the Mississippi coast is not slowing down yet.

The average home sales price in July 2021 increased in all cities on the coast compared to July 2020. The most significant changes were seen in Moss Point and Pass Christian, where median home sales prices increased by 22% and 21%, respectively.
