The Denver real estate investment firm bought three commercial buildings at the Campion Industrial Park in Loveland late last month.
The buildings at 225, 253 and 255 42nd Street cover approximately 10 acres and are approximately 100,000 square feet.
Flywheel Campion LLC, a subsidiary of Flywheel Capital, purchased the plot for $ 11 million from Pelican Village Plaza LLC, a legal entity registered by Paul Mitchell with his residence in Naples, Florida.
According to the company’s portfolio, real estate investor Flywheel owns many commercial properties in the Denver metro area, including Westminster’s Park Center.
Campion Industrial Park buildings built in the 1960s last sold for just over $ 7.8 million in 2019, according to Larimer County property records. The site had sold for $ 6 million a year earlier.
The tenant businesses include food distributors and an insulation installer.
