The first Object X series consists of five episodes, in which the viewer is presented with the same number of unique real estate projects. IN France, we get to know the winery The village of Castiño near Beziers, which was developed by a Flemish entrepreneur Mark Verstraten and his wife in a unique combination of real estate, luxury and gastronomy. IN Italy we land on Isola Santa Cristina, a lagoon of incomparable beauty off the Venetian coast, currently owned by the Swarovski family. IN Laren we met the most extravagant and best guarded villa in Netherlands… To finish Chapellen, Belgiumwhere a Chinese millionaire wants to build an exclusive palace for his prize-winning pigeons.
Object X is currently sold in 7 countries and airs in English, Dutch and Mongolian. The series has also been programmed on the De Rijkste Belgen website. For Meuwissen, this was a discovery for the Mongolian market, which is characterized by a growing class of new high net worth individuals. One of the potential Mongolian buyers of a villa in Laren in Netherlands was achieved through Object X. This, among other things, convinced Meuwissen to record the next episode, again based on the unique combination of luxury real estate and the human factor behind it. The second series was made in collaboration with De Rijkste Belgen.
