According to an announcement this week, the Wilmington-based residential real estate company is gearing up to celebrate the opening of an office in Boiling Spring Lakes, Brunswick County.

According to Averitte, the new Sea Coast Advantage office at 3481 George ll Hwy., Unit No. 5, covers an area of approximately 2,500 square feet and currently includes eight agents that can accommodate 26 people.
The grand opening and cutting of the ribbon is scheduled for 16-18 hours on 19 August.
