Miami-based real estate investment firm Tricera Capital has acquired space on the ground floor of Icon Central, 855 Central Ave., near the Edge District.

The Icon Central Building is a 368-unit street-vendor apartment building owned by the Linked Group.

The property was purchased for nearly $ 11.1 million, according to Pinellas County reports.

Tricera received $ 9.9 million to fund the purchase from Mcreif Subreit LLC, which is linked to Scott Wadler and Alec Fox of Bercadia, according to the county.

Tricera owns over a dozen properties in the center of St. Petersburg and probably acquired this space due to its permanent presence in St. Petersburg.

Icon Central has a total of 38,000 square feet of retail space.

BurgerFi is one of the home’s tenants.

Mediterranean mansion for sale on Clearwater Beach

Don Carnes, the former CEO of American Residential Services in Tennessee, sold his Clearwater Beach home for $ 4.5 million.

There is also a heated seawater pool and a summer kitchen.

The St. Peter Mobile Homes block was acquired by a New Jersey company.

A New Jersey real estate firm acquired Sunshine Mobile Home Park in St. Petersburg for $ 25.6 million.

Lewis Enterprises Inc. sold the 46th Avenue N park to LGC Sun, which is associated with New Jersey-based PGIM Real Estate.

The buyer also took out an approximately $ 17.16 million mortgage loan.

Sold warehouse in Clearwater to Big Storm Brewing Co.

Miami-based private equity firm Collektion Capital has acquired an approximately 20,000 square foot warehouse in Clearwater for $ 2.62 million.

The warehouse is located at 12745 49th St. N., next to Big Storm Brewing Co., Grainger and O’Reilly’s Auto Parts.

The current tenants in the building are a florist and a mortgage company.

Largest beachfront home plot for sale in Indian Shores

The largest section of a waterfront home in Indian Shores has a new owner.

Warren and Trina Higginbotham sold their hot pink home at 19801 Gulf Blvd. in a $ 2.4 million deal.

The 3,168-square-foot home is set on a half-acre lot and is bordered by the east and south coast.

It was built in 2005 and has six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garage for four cars, a heated pool, spa and a jetty.

The house has direct access to the beach across the street.
