ACE Hardware has signed a new lease for 14,221 square feet at 914 West University in Denton. Mason Bishop from Transwestern represented Retail Plazas.

Infinite Electronics expanded 17,466 square feet at CreekView 121 in Lewisville to 175,216 square feet. Bob Hagewood and Eric Crutchfield of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties. Brad Struck from ESRP represented the tenant.
