A private investor in Santa Barbara County, California sold the asset to a private investor in San Bernardino County, California for $ 3.3 million, or $ 763 per square foot.

Originally built as the First Federal Bank of Pomona in 1979, this 4,278 square foot building was acquired by US Bank in 2008 and has operated continuously as a bank for the past 42 years.
