Located at the corner of Spring Street and 10th Street NW, 10th and Spring will include 370 residential units as well as 11,000 square feet of retail space. Utilities will include a swimming pool, fitness center and clubhouse.
This project will be the first phase of the General Manager’s planned 4.1-acre mixed-use development led by Portman Residential. The larger development plan will also include a 525,000 square foot Class A office building; approximately 20,000 square feet of event space; and a hotel with at least 225 rooms. As part of the project, the historic Spring Hill Chapel site, owned by HM Patterson & Son, will be converted into a dining and beverage space and a new hotel.
The project will be designed by Atlanta-based Cooper Carry. Fogarty Finger will be responsible for the interior design of the complex and Jay E. Dunn will oversee the construction services. National Real Estate Advisors LLC is an investment manager based in Washington DC. Portman Residential is a development company affiliated with Portman Holdings in Atlanta.
