Internet mortgage lender Rocket Mortgage came under a securities class action lawsuit in the Eastern District of Michigan on Tuesday, which alleged the company did not disclose adverse conditions that could negatively impact its profitability. The lawsuit, filed by Pomerantz LLP and Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, is making claims on behalf of buyers of Rocket Class A shares between February 25 and May 5, 2021.
