In his new role at PMB, Mr. Jenks is an integral member of the team that develops the firm’s engineering and design capabilities, forges industry partnerships, and improves overall company performance.

Mr. Jenks has over 15 years of professional real estate experience and has been responsible for design or development for more than $ 2 billion real estate projects in the west United States… This includes greenfield development as well as value-added redevelopment projects including healthcare, apartment buildings, retail, offices and mixed-use properties.

Prior to joining PMB, he served as Vice President of Real Estate at San Diego– Founded Ranch Capital and its subsidiaries, where he was responsible for overseeing all real estate activities, including acquisitions and disposals, analysis and underwriting of new investment opportunities, and management of active development projects.
Prior to joining the Ranch, Mr. Jenks worked at San Diego– Founded Merlone Geier Partners in various roles, culminating in a partnership interest as Director of Development, in which he led rights and development work for several large mixed redevelopment projects. Mr. Jenks also has experience as a practicing architect and private property development consultant.
Mr. Jenks is a Licensed Architect and Real Estate Broker and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design® (LEED) accredited professional. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Lands Institute. He received an MBA and a BA in architecture from California Polytechnic University in St. San Luis Obispo, California.
