Oak Coast Properties has acquired 427 apartments in Avalon at 645 Wolff St. in Denver and Estrella at 7030 N. Pecos St. in Denver for $ 61 million from Mountain View Capital. The seller was represented by Tom Vanberg and John Blackshire of Transwestern.

JLL reports the following deal:

Tributary Real Estate Advisors has acquired an office building at 400 W. 48th Ave. in Denver for $ 11.2 million from NAS Properties. The seller was represented by Larry Thiel and Jason Schmidt.

DePaul Real Estate Advisors announces the following deal:

Lovett Industrial acquired 41.81 acres of land in Bromley Interstate Business Park at 21960 E. 160th Ave. in Brighton for $ 6 million from a group of owners led by Paul DeCressentis of DePaul Real Estate Advisors. The sellers were represented by Jarod Pate. Kirk Vanino and Ron Webert of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

NAI Shames Makovsky announces the following deals:

Mainspring Co. acquired 28,286 square feet of office space at 1576 N. Sherman St. in Denver for $ 5.64 million from Killin Properties LLC. The buyer was represented by Joey Gargotto.

1908 Brands Inc. leased 54,365 square feet at 4915 E. 52nd Ave. in Commerce City. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the homeowner.
