PGIM PropertiesAs part of its core European strategy, Russia acquired a portfolio of three residential properties in Germany for an undisclosed amount.

The 18,622 sqm portfolio consists of 285 residential units in the Wettbergen and Bemerode districts of Hanover.

PGIM Real Estate announced that its main European strategy, which was launched less than two years ago, has raised more than € 1 billion in equity capital, with major investments in the logistics, residential and office sectors.

Sebastiano Ferrante, Deputy Head of Europe at PGIM Real Estate, said the core European strategy is focused on sustainable, sustainable growth and is driven with very long-term plans.

He added: “With significant exposure to sectors such as logistics and residential real estate, and with a focus on liquid transparent markets such as the UK, Germany and France, our portfolio has remained highly resilient to the current market uncertainty caused by COVID-19.

“Buying a home in Hannover fits in perfectly with our investment strategy and demonstrates our ability to continue to provide attractive properties of outstanding quality in competitive markets.”
