Four New Hampshire construction companies have received the 2020 AGC National Safety Award from the Associated General Contractors of America. Winners – Harvey Construction Bedford, Building a hut New Ipswich, Construction of the Weaver brothers onions and Pike industries Belmont – noted for safety without incident. Harvey has won the award known as NASA for the past four years and also received it in 2015. Hutter has previously won this award in 2016 and 2018. The Weaver brothers received the award in 2007, 2010, 2011 and 2016. NASA in 2015 and 2016.
Westboro, Massachusetts. Racing Mart Fuels LLC I bought Dinkby Convenience Store in Keene, a sale that includes a gas and diesel convenience store and a Keene Wedge laundry. C-Store Investments LLC, a Gilford consulting firm providing advisory services to convenience stores and oil retailers, handled the sale process for Toby Tusley and his wife, who owned and operated Dinkbee’s and Keene Klean.
Bangor Savings Bank contributed USD 5,000 to NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire in support of the HOMEteam program, which provides education and counseling services for New Hampshire residents about home ownership and financial well-being.
Kodiak Building Partners Victoria, Texas acquired Ricci Lumber from Portsmouth, New Hampshire on July 1. Ricci Lumber was founded in 1957 in Portsmouth and serves customer lumber and machinery needs in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. Ed Hayes, President of Ricci Lumber, will retain his position at the company, which will become part of Kodiak’s Building Materials.
