Vicki Schiff, co-founder and managing partner of Mosaic Real Estate Investors, is leaving the firm following the buyout of its stake in the real estate management firm, according to a press release.
Her departure is part of a deal in which real estate manager Lubert Adler Real Estate Funds is investing in a pool of assets owned by Mosaic Real Estate Investors, co-founder and CIO Ethan Penner said in an email.
Luber Adler’s investment will provide Mosaic with “liquidity that we can use as needed to support our portfolio,” he said.
Mr Penner declined to provide further details on the deal or asset pool.
“Vicki is a very talented business builder and one of the most respected real estate professionals,” said Dean Adler, CEO and co-founder of Lubert Adler.
