PennyMac Mortgage Investment Fund Announces Rene R. Schultz Joining Its Board of Trustees



WESTLAKE VILLAGE, California – () – PennyMac Mortgage Investment Fund (NYSE: PMT) announced today that Rene R. Schultz, Fannie Mae veteran and seasoned leader in the mortgage industry, has joined its Board of Trustees.

During her 22 years at Fannie Mae, Ms. Schultz has held leadership positions related to providing liquidity to Fannie Mae’s clients and broader capital markets. As Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, she led Fannie Mae’s Capital Markets Pricing and Sales, Credit Risk Transfer Programs, Structured Transactions and the entire lending system. She also oversaw the Securitization Policy Group, which ensures that Fannie Mae’s business strategy and value issues are properly administered. Ms. Schultz is currently a Trustee at St Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.
