Amid the pandemic spurring demand for online fashion, Italian logistics giant OMLog has rented 607,279 housing units in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
The company, which delivers luxury fashion products worldwide, has taken up an area at Bridge Point 78, a 3.9 million sq. M. Industrial complex.
The CBRE team brokered the lease agreement for OMLog, which will host its operations in Building 3 of the complex, where the tenants are UNIQLO and White Claw.
“Bridge Point 78 provided OMLog with an ideal opportunity to expand its international operations in the heart of one of the main industrial distribution centers in the Northeast,” said Jake Terkanyan, who is part of the CBRE leasing team, which includes Mindy Lissner and Vincent Ranally, who serves as exclusive rental agents at Bridge Point 78.
Kevin Dudley of CBRE represented OMLog – it’s a lease. The company already has two large facilities in New Jersey, as well as operations in Italy, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and New York.
Phase 1 of Bridge Point 78 is currently fully leased, and Phase 2, which includes two additional buildings totaling over 1.6 million square meters, is due to be completed next year.
Located along Interstate 78/81, the complex is located 15 miles from the FedEx hub in Lehigh Valley and 55 miles from Port Elizabeth, New Jersey.
