OCCU reports a processing error; customers report missing money



EVGIN, Oregon. – A local credit union is working to resolve a processing error on Wednesday that affected regional account holders.

The Oregon Community Credit Union said the issue was higher than usual due to the problem.

A source told KEZI 9 News that some members had money removed from their accounts. OCCU officials have yet to confirm this.

OCCU has apologized for any consequences and asks participants to check their accounts for corrections. The bank said they solved the problem on Wednesday afternoon and the bank believes their money should be returned the next day.
