The $ 33 million loan was issued in connection with the upcoming construction of a mixed-use building near Jack White’s Third Man Records complex in Pye Town.

The site will be developed by LLC, affiliated with Nashville-based developer Mag Epstein, which is implementing several projects in the city (some preliminary work has already been completed). The general contractor is Avenue Construction of Brentwood.
Through LLC Epstein, acquired two properties – one that was used as a ground parking and located next to a residential building built before World War II, and the other with a warehouse that was demolished – for $ 5.3 million in January 2020.

East Side Building Permit Required on Main Street
An application has been submitted for a permit to assess the stormwater drainage system on the site of a five-storey commercial and residential building planned for construction. 918 Main St. in East Nashville.
The Razor and Tie label venture appears to be planning a building (pictured) along with a 5,000 square foot two-story office building at 3. Shville McFerrin QOZB LLC paid $ 910,000 in October 2020 for a plot of land 0.34 acres. an office building is planned to be built on the east side. This site was recently the site of a demolished building that housed the Dualtone Music Group.
A related LLC paid $ 840,000 in mid-2018 for a property at 918 Main. This building recently housed Molly Green’s clothing store.

Demo permission issued for Sylvan Heights project
A permit was issued for the demolition of an apartment building. Kansas City-based Price Development Group is eyeing Silvan Heights.
The permit is valued at $ 300,000 and will be undertaken by Nashville-based Lindsey Excavation and Demolition. The permit follows the recent withdrawal of the assessment permit and the application for a general permit for the project.
Price provided Metro base sketches of the building with a document noting that Addison, Texas-based HEDK Architects are designing the so-called 3800 Charlotte. The general permit mentions three buildings with a total of 320 residential units and a sky bridge connecting the two buildings.
The West Nashville project will have an address 3800 Charlotte Ave. This hotel, formerly the Metro Salt Barn, is located in Kathleen Murphy’s 24th District Council.
PDG, which officials could not be contacted for comment, paid $ 7.45 million in July 2019 for what was then Metro’s salt plant. The 5.03-acre property was offered in an online auction and Price was the only bidder.
