(“The Company”) (NASDAQ: NYMT) announced today that it has extended its exchange offer to $ 100,000,000 new 5.75% Senior Notes due 2026 (“Commercial Papers”), which have been registered under the Law on the Securities of 1933, as amended, for an equal amount of outstanding unregistered bonds due 5.75% due in 2026 (“Existing Notes”). As a result of the renewal, the trade offer now expires at 5:00 p.m. New York time on July 23, 2021, unless further renewals are extended.
The trade offer originally expired at 17:00 New York time on July 21, 2021. As of this date, bids totaling approximately US $ 98,750,000 or 98.75% of the Existing Notes have been received. to the exchange offer.
