User credit unions USE Payment solutions will soon be able to roll out a new loan payment application to their members thanks to a new partnership between the organization and CheckAlt, a payment processor from Los Angeles.

The card processing organization serving credit unions of the South East, which is part of USE, a commercial subsidiary of the League of Southeastern Credit Unions, said Monday that its relationship with CheckAlt will give credit union customers access to LoanPay, CheckAlt’s secure online payment application that offers easy integration, customizable features and flexible payments.

As far as members are concerned, LoanPay allows users to set up a personalized payment schedule and ensures regular communication with users regarding their account. In addition, the application will soon feature interactive voice answering by phone, USE Payment solutions said.

“LoanPay will enable our credit unions to accept loan, mortgage and credit card payments through a fully hosted web platform, creating a more efficient processing experience and, in turn, increasing customer satisfaction,” said Steve Willis, President USE, stated. “As credit unions continue to adapt to a world in which many things have moved online, it is imperative that they have the means to serve their customers. CheckAlt serves over 1,000 clients across a variety of industries, including hundreds of financial institutions.
