The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Real Estate Forecasting Summit: The global report will take place Monday, July 26, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm ET. NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yoon and several leading international economists will discuss foreign buying trends in the US housing market, the countries with the most Chinese buyers, and conditions in the real estate markets in Australia and Canada.
During the summit, Yun will discuss the findings of the 2021 US Residential Real Estate Transaction Profile, which is slated to be released on the morning of July 26.
The report measures the size of US residential transactions – dollar volume and number of existing home purchases – with international buyers, and identifies major countries of origin, US destinations by state, and buying preferences of foreign buyers.
