Mortgage insurance company Radian Group will move its offices in New York to 275 Madison Avenue in Midtown, as it became known to the Commercial Observer.
The Philadelphia company signed a five-year lease for 4,677 square feet on the 15th floor of the building. RPV groupA 43-story building between 39th and 40th Streets, a source familiar with the deal said. The asking rent was $ 70 per square foot.
Radian, which has outposts in Maryland, Ohio, Utah, and Colorado, currently has offices in New York City in 1450 Broadway– said the interlocutor of the agency. He plans to move to new excavations in September.
Sam Sailer of JLL represented Radian, while Newmarkfrom Jarad Winter as well as Billy Cohen crafted it for the homeowner. Sailer declined to comment.

Other tenants at 275 Madison include Lord and Taylor owner Saadia Group, Rosen Law Firm as well as Riemer & Associates, another law firm.
