Minnesota United signs Honduras youth player on loan from CA Independiente

“The first time we spotted a young man was during the Olympic qualifications,” Loons coach Adrian Heath said in a statement. “He held out against the USMNT midfield and one of our Hassani Dotson… He was one of the main reasons the Honduras national team qualified for the Olympics, and that’s important.

“He’s a versatile player with great potential,” continued Heath. “He played both left-back and center in midfield. This is another powerful motor ready to do all the work you need in the field. We are sincerely glad that we can bring him to our club and see where he is potential potential clients. “

The 20-year-old joined CA Independiente in the 2018–2019 season and played 37 games and scored two goals for the Panamanian side, including five in Concacaf Champions League

Internationally, Rosales has played for Honduras at the U-20 and U-23 levels, and most recently played in the Tokyo Olympics, where Honduras won one game in Group B, beating New Zealand 3-2.
