The 17-year-old has played regularly on Manchester City’s U23 and U18 youth teams and played a pivotal role in their Premier League 2 and U18 Premier League victories.
Doyle has been part of the City Football Academy organization since 2014 and has climbed the corporate ladder over the years.

“He is a very talented player, but it is obvious that he is still very young, so we expect from him as a first team that we are confident that over time he can make a big impact.… “
“He is six feet three inches tall, he is very good technically, he can hold the ball and he has a great left leg, but of course hand-to-hand combat is what he needs to get through and feel comfortable. Overall, we are delighted to include him in our team and believe that he can bring us a real positive.Johnson added.
Doyle has already contacted Sunderland at preseason camp in Scotland, although it remains to be seen if he will participate in their friendly at the Hearts.
The youngster joins the likes of Taylor Harwood-Bellis and Philip Stevanovic, among other talented City Football Academy scientists who have been commissioned to develop loans for the coming season and beyond.
