BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – The hot Maine real estate market is showing no signs of slowing as home sales and selling prices rose nearly 30% last month.
Maine single-family home sales increased more than 28% last month compared to May 2020.
More than 1,600 homes have been sold.
The median home sale price in the state now exceeds $ 300,000.
