Luuk de Jong Loan Agreement with Seville



FC Barcelona and FC Sevilla reach a lease agreement Luc de Jong until June 30, 2022. The club will pay players wages and be able to make the deal permanent.

Experience in La Liga

Dutch striker joins Barça after 69 La Liga games with Sevillescoring 10 goals and making two assists.

De Jong moved to La Liga from PSV Eindhoven, where he has scored 122 goals in just 204 official matches. He became Eredivisie’s top scorer with 28 goals in the 2018/19 season.

The striker has also played for De Graafschap, Newcastle United, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Twente Enschede and Sevilla.

Luuk de Jong has won trophies at both club and European level. In the Netherlands, he won four league titles with Twente and PSV, and in Seville, he was part of the team that won the 2020 Europa League title.

Netherlands national team player De Jong made his debut for Oranje in February 2011 and has since played 38 caps for the national team. The striker was also for the Dutch side runner-up in the UEFA Nations League under Ronald Koeman.
