This undiversified fund invests primarily in common stock. Most of FRESX’s assets are invested in the securities of companies that are primarily engaged in real estate and other real estate-related investments. FRESX’s three-year annual return is 11.1%.

The FRESX expense ratio is 0.74% compared to the category average of 1.11%.
