KANSAS CITY, MO – AltCap, a community development financial institution, has reopened its Loan Fund to help small businesses in the KC region.
Qualified small businesses can apply for a loan of up to $ 50,000.
The loan is provided for a three-year period at 0% per annum during the first 12 months.
Companies must be located in the Kansas City region, which includes Jackson, Clay, Platt and Kass counties in Missouri, and Wyandotte, Johnson and Leavenworth counties in Kansas. They must also have no more than 20 full-time employees and no more than $ 2.5 million in annual income.
AltCap originally launched a loan fund in March 2020 to help small businesses recover from the pandemic.
Funding for this latest round is limited, so companies are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
