Libertyville Mortgage Creator Receives Top 1% Award

Ian Lieser, president of Libertyville, Diamond Residential Mortgage, has been ranked as one of the top 1% of US mortgage loan originators. The Top 1% award was featured in the Summer 2021 Mortgage Executive Magazine.

To qualify, shippers must close more than $ 30 million in loans over a 12-month period, with these numbers coming exclusively from their own production and not through office assistants.

Previously, Lieser taught in high school for two decades and then taught in college for 10 years. She also worked as a licensed realtor for 10 years and wrote a syndicated column called $ uper $ aver for 25.

“It has been such a difficult year for everyone,” Lieser said of 2020 when she was celebrated. “I was shocked to hear about the top 1% award.”
