Launch Real Estate adds partner, opens North Scottsdale office

Launch Real Estate, a luxury real estate brokerage in Arizona, has announced the addition of a high-profile partner and a new office in the north of Scottsdale.

Julie Pelle, co-founder of PR Partners, has joined Launch with her team at Realty One Group and will lead Launch’s second office located at Pinnacle Peak and Pima Streets in north Scottsdale.

According to the press release, Launch is taking over, renovating and expanding Pelle’s existing office space to be converted into a hotel complex where agents can meet customers both indoors and outdoors.

With over 40 years of combined experience, the PR Partners team consists of Pelle, Christina Rathbun and Peyton September, who have a reputation in the Valley with extensive experience in buying and selling real estate.

The press release states that with cumulative sales of over $ 80 million YTD, the majority of the team’s business is based on recommendation, a testament to the experience and level of service they bring to each transaction.
