Latécoère (Paris: LAT), a Tier 1 partner for major international aircraft manufacturers, announced today that it has signed a reconciliation protocol with all of its current and future financial creditors and its majority shareholder. This minutes concludes the discussions regarding the comprehensive recapitalization of the Group under the auspices of the Inter-Agency Committee on Industrial Restructuring (CIRI).

The protocol is subject to several suspensive conditions, in particular, its homologation by Toulouse Commercial Court. Under the terms of the protocol, Latécoère’s is committed to a pre-emptive capital increase of a minimum amount of € 162.5 million, the prospectus of which must be approved by AMF. It also provides for the receipt by the company Prêt Garanti par l’Etat (PGE) for a principal amount of € 130 million, the transfer of the existing PGE repayment schedules and the postponement of the maturity of loans with the European Investment Bank (EIB) until 2027.
