KKR closes second $ 2.2 billion European real estate fund


LONDON, 06 Jul 2021– (BUSINESS WIRING) – KKR, a leading global investment firm, today announced the final closure of KKR Real Estate Partners Europe II (“REPE II” or “The Fund”), a $ 2.2 billion fund dedicated to complementary and profitable real estate investments. in Western Europe.

REPE II is the successor fund to KKR Real Estate Partners Europe (“REPE I”), KKR’s first dedicated European real estate fund, which closed in June 2016 with a capital commitment of $ 739 million. As of June 30, 2021, REPE II has already committed over $ 700 million in capital, mainly for logistics and housing investment opportunities.
