Investment in commercial real estate in Poland fell 0.9 billion euros year-on-year to 2 billion euros in the first two quarters of the year, according to a report released by the consulting firm CBRE on Tuesday.

The report also indicates that in the first six months of 2021, investments in European commercial real estate decreased by 9% to 125.6 billion euros. The drop, according to CBRE, is partly due to the high investment recorded in the first half of last year before the pandemic broke.

Investments in commercial real estate in Poland amounted to 770 million euros in the second quarter, which is significantly lower than 1.2 billion euros in the previous year.
